Do you direct bill insurance?
We will be happy to direct bill your insurance for you as long as your provider allows the direct billing option. Manulife, Great West Life, Sunlife, Green Sheild, Coughlin, Johnson Ins are just a few of the many we bill.

Contact one of our locations nearest you and they will let you know if direct billing your plan is possible.

Do you accept provincial health cards?
Yes, we accept provincial health cards for vision care.

All programs are subject to benefit guidelines and limitations and have specific eligibility criteria. Contact the nearest store for more information.

How can I arrange an eye exam? What is the cost?
We certainly can set up your appointment with any optometrist in your area. Most of our Vogue Optical locations have an independent optometrist on site. Prices may vary slightly between doctors’ offices. Call the Vogue location nearest you and we can let you know the fee and arrange a convenient time for your eye exam.
Do you sell contact lenses?
The majority of our stores have a contact lens specialist on-site. Ensure your prescription has not expired (within 2 years) and visit/call the store to set up an appointment for a fitting.
With your 2nd Pair Free policy, can I get contact lenses instead of two pairs of glasses?
Yes, we offer a credit of $80.00 to be applied to contact lenses as the 2nd pair. Ask for further details in-store.
What is your warranty on glasses?

Vogue Optical offers an unconditional replacement on frames and lenses. (Lenses originally purchased with scratch-resistant coating). Loss is not covered. See in-store for more details.

I don’t need two pair of glasses. Can I purchase one pair only?

Yes, you can certainly purchase one pair.

How long does it take to receive your eyewear?
It depends on your prescription requirements. Single vision lenses can take anywhere from one day to a week.

We have labs on-site that stock single vision lenses in various powers. Bifocals, progressives, and specialized lenses and coatings typically take two weeks.
