We would like to thank all of our customers for the patience and kindness shown to us and our amazing staff since our temporary shutdown.
Even though all of our stores were closed, our dedicated staff really have shown how much they care for their customers.
We serviced over 2000 emergency requests since our shutdown. Our staff were very quick to find solutions for all of their customers in order to be sure everyone had a pair of eyewear during the closure. They have shown so much professionalism and empathy and we can never thank them enough. Many not only went into their locked stores to do repairs and replacements, but it was also a very common sight to have them provide home curbside service by picking up glasses at people’s doorsteps and then dropping them off again once repaired.
Our NB and PE stores are now open. However in order for us to limit the number of customers in at a time, our doors will remain locked.
Stores in PEI and New Brunswick are now open!
Our hours have been temporarily reduced to Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and as restrictions ease up, we will be extending these until we are back to our regular hours. It is recommended to call ahead to make arrangements or once you arrive at our stores, a staff member will let you in, in sequence. Our staff will continue to offer curbside service for drop-off and pick-up for repairs to encourage social distancing.
We want to reassure our customers in NS, NL and ON that we will continue to offer emergency eyewear repairs until restrictions are lifted and we are able to reopen.

New procedures have been put in place to help provide the absolute safest environment and to strictly follow guidelines set out in each province. All staff are wearing PPE, limiting the number of people in the store, and sanitizing every frame after use. Hand sanitizing stations have been installed in-store. Our staff are excited to be able to now have new digital technology, allowing for precise measurements to be taken at a distance when needed. Each store is equipped with iPads and we are using a new innovative app; ‘Gaby’ allows for 10 precise measurements to be taken with one single tool instead of six when using traditional equipment.
We ask all customers to respect the new procedures in place to allow for the proper social distancing guidelines.
